Chippewa Valley Beans buys beans from growers in a four state region. By buying from a large geographic area, Chippewa Valley Bean has minimized the risk of loss due to bad weather. Most kidney beans are grown on irrigated land, which makes the crop less vulnerable to loss. Chippewa Valley Beans's facility can store and process 400,000 cwt. per year. The state of the art processing equipment can customize product per set specifications.
