I have lived in Downsville area since 1982. My professional experience spans 19 years and is related to Investments and Insurance primarily, and most recently with American Investors Group, Inc. as a Registered Representative for them. As a company we finance the construction of Churches all over the country as well as refinancing we sell Bonds to individuals, and business entities. The current rates that we are offering on our most recent issues range between 5% to 9% depending on the maturity of each Bond. The Bonds are secured by a first Mortgage on the property of the churches. American Investors Group, Inc. is also a full service brokerage offering Stock trading, Municipal Bonds, Mutual Funds, and 529 college saving plans. I am registered in some states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Florida, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.
I also offer Life and Disability coverage in the state of Wisconsin only, representing Manulife Financial, Security Connecticut, and Illinois Mutual. The many years of experience has offered me the opportunity to help clients with varied back backgrounds to whether the ups and downs of ever changing markets though the use of investment and insurance products.
